Usage Example

The following are some examples of the MS Helper feature on the web chat as well as the MS Teams channel. For both versions, the user shall use the search phrase ‘set up out of office’.

  • Web Chat

    The web chat provides the search as a scrollable list.

    The Teams chat provides the search via the use of adaptive cards.
