Campaign Details Reference

The Campaign Details page delivers comprehensive metrics breakdown, identity information, and distribution channel analysis for an individual campaign item.

Campaign Identity Information

The top section gathers unchanging identity records for the selected item:

Campaign Name: The assigned operational name (e.g., NRI_Account_Campaign).
Campaign Code: Unique alphanumeric tracking sequence string alongside an inline quick-copy icon button.
Active Offers: Numeric counter showing total promotional configurations bound to this track.
Active Channels: Icon indicators representing activated outreach pipes (e.g., SMS, Chat/Messaging channels).
Products: Business category designation metadata tag.

Key Metrics Scorecards

Summarized diagnostic performance metrics appear on individual cards. Data can be filtered globally by channels (e.g., WHATSAPP, OTHERS, SMS) and custom date intervals.

Channel Performance Analytics Component

The bottom panel isolates exact channel tracking parameters:

Conversion View (Visual Graph): A dedicated graphical switch rendering performance bar charts indicating quantitative trends per chosen channel variant over current timeline sets.
Detail View (Data Table): An operational pivot summary interface that replaces visual components with granular data grid entries. It offers drop-down query fields for Dimensions (e.g., Date) and Metrics (e.g., Sent) to render precise textual value items mapped alongside timeline entries.
