Link Connection

This page explains how to configure HCL link connectors with CDP.

To connect to external data sources like HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, or Google Big Query, you must first establish a link connection within the CDP. This process involves configuring the connection settings for the desired external source.

Creating a New Link Connection from Settings

To create a new link connection with CDP, follow the steps below:
  1. Navigate to the Settings section, and click Link Connection. The Link page displays list of available link connectors.
  2. Click Create New Connection to create a new link connection.
  3. In the Identification tab, provide a name and description for your connection, and click Next.
  4. In the Connection Type tab, select the desired connection type e.g., HubSpot.
  5. Click Next. In the Properties tab, configure the connection-specific properties, such as URLs, client IDs, and client secrets. The required fields will vary depending on the connector type.
  6. Click Test to test the configuration. On Successful configuration, click Save to create the connection.
