Troubleshooting calendar problems

Use these tips to troubleshoot calendar problems.

• Issue: A meeting reminder pops up repeatedly or you see the message. Cannot save free/busy information. Cannot perform this operation at this time.
• Solution: These are known Outlook issues. To work around either one, start Outlook with the /cleanreminders switch:
  1. If Outlook is running, close it.
  2. Click WinKey+R.
  3. Change to the folder with the outlook.exe file, typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office<x>
  4. Type outlook.exe/cleanreminders.

• Issue: You can't see others' free time in your calendar.
• Solution: Repair the IMSO installation: Run imsmo_client.exe again and select the Repair option.
