Categorize a Person document in the HCL Domino® Directory by corporate hierarchy.之后，当用户在公司目录中搜索名称时，名称将显示公司层次结构。

操作步骤

  1. From the Domino® Administrator, select the server that stores the Domino® Directory to modify.
  2. Click the People & Groups tab.
  3. 选择个人，然后选择用户的“个人”文档，单击编辑个人。
  4. 单击工作/家庭选项卡。
  5. 单击公司层次结构信息选项卡。
  6. Optional: If you want the user's name to appear in a specific order relative to other names categorized in the same way, in the Personal ranking field, enter a number to indicate the order in which the user's name should appear.级别为 1 的用户名列在级别为 2 的名称前面，依此类推。如果保留个人排名字段为空，那么在无排名的情况下，将在其他名称中按照用户姓氏的字母顺序对该用户名排序。
  7. 在层次结构 1 列中的层字段中，输入用作用户名排序依据的类别。重复此步骤，将用户分配给其他层次结构（最多三个）。
  8. Click Save & Close.

    例如，要为用户 Judy Kaplan 创建以下两个层次结构：

    • 市场
      • 规划
        • Kaplan, Judy
    • 费城
      • Kaplan, Judy
