Filtering events in DDM

Create and use DDM filters to control which events are collected and then stored in DDM.

You specify whether to apply a filter to both enhanced and simple events, or only to simple events. You can then apply a filter to all servers or only to those servers that you specify; however, you can only apply one filter to any one server. Use DDM filters to specify which event types, event classes, and severity levels are to be included in the DDM database.
