The integration between Aha! and DevOps Plan is designed to streamline the management of the records. The bidirectional synchronization ensures that the items (defined in the mapping configuration) created in Aha! are automatically reflected in DevOps Plan and vice versa, enhancing visibility and coordination across platforms.

The DevOps Plan Model Context Protocol (MCP) server connects your DevOps Plan with AI-powered development environments and agents.

By implementing MCP, this server enables large language models (LLMs), such as those running in Visual Studio Code (VS Code), to manage the DevOps Plan environment directly from VS Code. This setup uses GitHub Copilot as the MCP client to interact with your DevOps Plan application through natural language prompts. This integration streamlines developer workflows.

Agent client-server model

The system operates on an MCP client-server model. You can connect client tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to the server using API tokens, allowing you to perform operations based on your user ID privileges.
