DevOps Code ClearCase server process user in an active directory domain

When working with Active Directory nested and universal groups, a spurious failure might be reported when testing whether the clearcase_albd user account is in the ClearCase Administrators Group. The failure should be ignored.

The DevOps Code ClearCase® installer cannot create this account in another domain that has only transitive trust with the domain in which the installer is running.
