Monitoring project status

Monitor project status is the responsibility of the project manager. It is the last task in the workflow and follows Assign and schedule work.

Several tools are provided to help you track the progress of your project. You can do the following operations:

View baseline histories
Compare baselines
Query a Rational® ClearQuest® user database
Generate reports (Windows® systems only)
