The Selector is installed and configured through the WebSphere Application Platform. This task can be skipped if you want to use the same editor for all users.

Procedure

Navigate to Applications > Application Types > WebSphere enterprise applications.
Select the checkbox for TinyEditorsSelector from the list of applications and click Start.
