    • ActivitiesAn activity is a place where the people involved in a project can share information, assign tasks, and share resources like files, tools, and websites. Use an activity to organize content and prioritize tasks that are related to a project goal.

        • Organizing, syncing, and editing files in My DriveUse My Drive to organize all of your important folders and files, whether you created them or whether they were shared with you. Additionally, if your organization has enabled the sync feature, files you add and edit in My Drive are automatically synchronized so you always have the latest version of the content.
        • Downloading a file You can download a local copy of a file to a specified location so that you can view or edit it offline. To edit the file, it must be one that you own, or one that is shared with you for which you have Editor access.
        • Editing a file locallyIf you have the IBM® Connections Desktop Plug-ins for Microsoft™ Windows™ installed and configured, you can check out a file, edit it locally, and then check it back in. The file you want to edit must be a file that you own or a file that has been shared with you and for which Editor access has been assigned.
        • Organizing files and foldersUse folders to organize files. Add files to folders that you have Editor or Owner access to.
        • Drag and drop filesMove files easily from one location to another by using drag and drop.
      • Collaborating with filesWith Files you can collaborate with others on specific files and groups of files or folders.
