Removing the Crystal Reports runtime

Before upgrading the version of the Crystal Reports runtime configured for HCL Compass Report Server for Crystal Reports, remove the currently configured version.

About this task

In these instructions, the installation directory for the Crystal Reports runtime is based on HCL Compass being installed in a new WebSphere® profile in the default location. If HCL Compass was installed into an existing WebSphere® Application profile, the path where the Crystal Reports runtime component is located might be different than the one used in this procedure.

Procedure

From a command prompt, navigate to the directory where configureJRC.bat is installed.

cd %CLEARQUEST_HOME\cqweb\cqwebprofile\installedApps\dfltCell\RationalClearQuestWebReport.ear\CQWebReportModule.war
Run the command to remove the component:
