Comportement observé

L'envoi d'e-mail pour l'opération OrderPaymentSynchronize échoue, avec un message similaire à ce qui suit dans le journal système : [5/19/21 16:43:55:657 COT] 00000121 CommerceSrvr E AccManager isAllowed CMN1501E: User -1002 does not have the authority to perform action "Display" on resource "com.ibm.commerce.order.beans.OrderDataBean" for command "null". Il ne doit y avoir aucune erreur avec ce traitement.

Résolution

Un incident de code qui n'a pas correctement transmis les userId et storeId via le contexte de commande au travail de traitement back-end a été corrigé.
