Viewing unsent messages
Use the Messages tool in the Administration Console to process pending and failed message requests.
About this task
Procedure
- Open the Administration Console and select Site on the Administration Console Site/Store Selection page.
- From the Monitoring menu, select View Unsent Messages. The View Unsent Messages page displays.
- Under the Transports drop-down box, select a transport.

Under the Delivery Status drop-down list, select a status:
- Failed
- The retry value is zero.
- Pending
- The retry value is greater than zero.
- Click Search. The Search Results - Unsent Messages page displays with a list of all unsent messages.
