Viewing unsent messages

Use the Messages tool in the Administration Console to process pending and failed message requests.

About this task

Procedure

  1. Open the Administration Console and select Site on the Administration Console Site/Store Selection page.
  2. From the Monitoring menu, select View Unsent Messages. The View Unsent Messages page displays.
  3. Under the Transports drop-down box, select a transport.
  4. Under the Delivery Status drop-down list, select a status:
    Failed
    The retry value is zero.
    Pending
    The retry value is greater than zero.
  5. Click Search. The Search Results - Unsent Messages page displays with a list of all unsent messages.
