Getting started with the IBM Sales Center
The IBM Sales Center for WebSphere Commerce helps you accomplish your customer-service tasks easily and efficiently. You can work with orders and quotes for many customers and in many stores at the same time. In addition, you can quickly find information and compare products.
Views
Views support editors and provide alternative presentations as well as ways to navigate information. There are several views available in the IBM Sales Center and each provides easy access to certain functions. Some functions of ticklers and promotional items are only available through a view. A perspective might have one or more views open by default; however, any number of views can be open at the same time, but only one view can be active.

Some views are open by default when you start the IBM Sales Center, and other views have to be opened to use them.

To close a view, click the Close icon () on the view's tab.
