Business auditing
Business auditing is the capturing of the business logic and objects during a WebSphere Commerce operation. You may want to audit your business for various reasons: generic, such as to review various tasks performed weekly; or specific, such as to track the steps involved in a particular Customer Service Representative's order. A report on business auditing is available in the Administration Console.
Enabling business auditing
Before you can use the WebSphere Commerce business auditing feature, you must first enable the business auditing command event listener.

Before you can use the WebSphere Commerce business auditing feature, you must first enable the business auditing command event listener.

Procedure

Open the Configuration Manager.
From the left navigation within Configuration Manager, expand WebSphere Commerce > host_name > Commerce > Instance List > instance name > Components > BusinessAuditCommandEventListener.
From the right window within Configuration Manager, the component name and class names are pre-filled with applicable business auditing information. Select Enable Component to enable business auditing.
Click Apply. A message displays to indicate that the system has successfully configured this component.
Close Configuration Manager.
Restart WebSphere Commerce.
