Workspace Management tool provides a single view across all workspaces and tasks
Use the Workspace Management tool to manage and edit workspaces, its tasks groups, and tasks. The Workspace Management tool replaces all of the workspace management features in the Workspace Administration tool and the Tasks tool.

- Create and cancel workspaces, task groups, and tasks
- Assign approvers to task groups and content contributors to tasks
