Improving high availability in WebSphere Commerce using DB2 HADR
You can enable DB2 HADR to ensure that your WebSphere Commerce site is available to shoppers in cases of database failures or planned outages. HADR also ensures business data can be recovered with minimal disruption to your site.
For more information about setting up DB2 HADR, see the following resources:
- DB2 high availability disaster recovery (HADR)
- Configuring DB2 for HADR
- Automatic Client Reroute (ACR)
Note: If your DB2 data source is configured as a Type-4 JDBC driver, see Configuring client reroute for applications that use DB2 databases.
