  The MCP Server for Vulnerability Remediation enables compatible AI clients to discover security patch information and generate BigFix Fixlet XML through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

- Uninstalling the server
  Uninstalling the service does not replace data-retention decisions. Back up required logs and any Fixlets exported through the client workflow before you delete the installation or workspace.

Optional: If the client does not support remote streamable HTTP MCP servers directly, use an HTTP-to-stdio bridge.
Use an HTTP-to-stdio bridge with the same URL and authorization-header pattern shown for Claude Desktop. If the client exposes neither remote HTTP nor stdio MCP configuration, use VS Code, Claude Desktop, or another compatible MCP client.
