- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) facilitates to enhance data and device security in organizations by monitoring, managing, and securing the modern devices such as laptops, mobiles phones, and tablets used at work. IT teams and admins achieve the control of the modern devices by distributing policies to those devices that access sensitive information of the organizations, ensuring the corporate network is secure. MDM solution enable IT admins to configure enterprise-grade security policies on mobile devices, making them corporate ready.
- BYOD
- Bring your own device (BYOD) refers to using employee’s personally owned devices to connect to their organizational networks to access work-related systems and or confidential data.
- Fully-Managed devices

Android Enterprise Device Owner or Fully Managed mode represents managing corporate-owned devices associated with a single user and used exclusively for work and not personal use.
- Kiosk or Dedicated devices

Dedicated devices are company-owned, fully managed devices that are used exclusively for specific work purposes.
- Device Owner
- Company owned devices in which the company’s IT admin has full control over the device.
- Profile Owner

BYOD (employee-owned) devices are also known as profile owner devices in which the IT admin controls only the work profile. This enables the corporates to secure company data on devices without disturbing the user's privacy.

The MCM cluster is a Kubernetes cluster that consists of a number of interconnected containers for MDM Server, control and storage, and BigFix Interface. Each container is configured in its own pod.
