Get Change Ticket Data
To get data of change tasks dumped using the Save Change Request Task API, use the GetChangeTicketData API. This API allows you to retrieve change ticket data based on various filters such as start date, end date, ticket number, assignment group, and sys_id. The API returns a JSON response containing the ticket details including ticket number, summary, description, assigned group, status code, creation date, last modified date, and more.
