Tutorial: Migrating software assignments between two BigFix Inventory servers

This tutorial teaches you how to migrate the software assignments when you setting up new BigFix deployment including fresh BigFix Platform and BigFix Inventory setup.

Attention: If you wish to migrate from BigFix Inventory version 10 to version 11, you must update the Server Software Catalog to Catalog version 20240508 (released on 2024-05-22) to access all catalog updates available in version 10. You may switch to BigFix Inventory version 11 after updating the catalog version. Skipping the catalog update to version 20240508 will result in losing a few BigFix Inventory version 10 discovery updates.
