Support

  • Extended Support Mode: Toggles Extended Support Mode, that creates detailed logs of a actions performed to enable troubleshooting by the Support team. This can slow down AppScan, and should only be enabled when needed.
  • Encrypt support files: Lets you encrypt the files you send to Support.
  • Contact Support: Links to the HCL Support portal.
