Scan entering starting URLs and multi-step phase

During this phase, the starting URLs and multi-step URLs are played back. If no login is specified, the security entities found during the explore phase of starting URLs and multi-step URLs are also tested. However, if a login sequence is specified (Advanced Login or Recorded Login), then the security tests are performed in a dedicated phase, the starting URLs and multi-step testing phase.
