Starting Manual Explore

During this phase, the manual explore URLs are played back. If no login is specified, the security entities found during the manual explore URLs explore phase are also tested. However, if there is a login sequence specified (Advanced Login or Recorded Login) then the security tests are performed in the manual explore testing phase.
