The *.jar for scanner {0} cannot be found. Make sure that the file exists

As an administrator:
  1. Make sure the *.jar file is in the <install-dir>\HCL\AppScan Enterprise\Liberty\usr\servers\<instance_name>\lib\scanners directory.
  2. Restart the AppScan Enterprise Server service.
  3. Open the Scanner Profile Template to make sure the scanner displays properly and that there are no errors.
  4. Click Save to add the scanner to the database.
