Logging

About this task

Discover administrators may download Event Tester logs through the Portal.

Procedure

  1. In the Portal menu, select Discover > Manage Portal.
  2. In the left panel, click the Logs category.
  3. Click Discover Logs and Configuration Files.
  4. Select the Canister Application Servers check box.
  5. Make other selections and configuration choices as needed.
  6. Click Download.
  7. The Canister files, including the Event Tester log files, are downloaded to the location you specify.
