You can restore information from the Manage Services data store by accessing files created using the Backup option.

You can restore information from the Manage Services data store by accessing files created using the Backup option.

Procedure

Select the Advanced tab.
Enter the full path and filename for the backup file in the Upload Data File field, or click Browse and navigate to the backup file. This file must be a file created using the Backup option.
Click Restore.
Click OK to confirm the restore or Cancel to quit.
Note: During the restore process the Manage Services service is temporarily unavailable. Refresh the page in your browser to reestablish communication with Manage Services.
