Watsonx Credentials

Use Watsonx Credentials to establish a secure and authenticated connection from HCL UnO Agentic AI Builder solutions to your Watsonx instance.

Before you begin

To enable Watsonx models in your AI agent, you must provide the authentication details for your IBM Cloud instance and the specific project where your models reside.

You have access to a valid Watsonx account.

Table 1. Mandatory fields
Option	Description
Credential Name	Provide a clear name for this credential (for example, `Watsonx_Finance_Project`).
API Key	Your IBM Cloud IAM API Key used for authentication.
API URL	Enter the Watsonx regional endpoint URL.
Project Id	The unique identifier for your Watsonx project. This can be found in the "General" tab of your Watsonx project settings.
