Default dashboards

In the My dashboards page you can find default Administrator and Operator dashboards to use either as provided or as templates for customization.

Operator dashboard

The Operator dashboard is designed for users who manage the day-to-day health of the environment. It provides granular, real-time insights into task progress and workstation connectivity, allowing for rapid troubleshooting and performance analysis.

Within the Operator dashboard you can find the following pre-configured widgets:

Task run delay by workstation Time-series The amount of latency in milliseconds occurring during the run of the tasks overtime, by workstation.
Tasks - max duration exceeded KPI The total count of tasks that exceeded their required maximum duration.
Tasks - min duration not reached KPI The total count of tasks that completed before reaching their required minimum duration.
Tasks - deadline exceeded KPI The total count of tasks that exceeded their deadline.
Tasks in running KPI The total count of tasks that are in RUNNING status.
Tasks in error KPI The total count of tasks that are in ERROR status.
Tasks in waiting KPI The total count of tasks that are in WAITING status.
Submitted task rate Time-series The number of task submissions occurring over a specific time interval.
Tasks in error trend Time-series The number of task that move into the ERROR status within a specific time interval.
Workstations - linked KPI The total count of workstations that are currently linked.
Cloud workstation limit Gauge The current utilization of cloud workstations compared to their default capacity.
Linked workstations trend Time-series The connectivity status and availability of the workstations across the timeline.
Workstations limit trend Time-series The status of workstation capacity thresholds overtime.
Tasks by status trend Time-series The volume of tasks in each specific status overtime.

Administrator dashboard

The Administrator dashboard provides a high-level overview focused on resource utilization, licensing, and infrastructure costs. This view is ideal for strategic planning and ensuring the environment remains within its operational and budgetary limits.

Within the Administrator dashboard you can find the following pre-configured widgets:

Daily task consumption KPI The number of license-relevant tasks processed within a 24-hour window.
Daily AI task consumption KPI The number of license-relevant AI tasks processed within a 24-hour window.
Monthly task consumption KPI The total count of license-relevant tasks processed over a calendar month.
Monthly AI task consumption KPI The total count of license-relevant AI tasks processed over a calendar month.
Total task consumption by type Time-series The total consumption of license-relevant tasks categorized by task type.
Submitted task rate Time-series The number of task submissions occurring over a specific time interval.
