Managing the custom knowledge base

You can add your own custom FAQs to the UnO AI Pilot.

To streamline the efficiency and accuracy of responses from our system, we rely on an organized and comprehensive knowledge base. This knowledge base is stored in a CSV file format, which allows you to manage and structure large sets of information easily. You can introduce or update the knowledge base with new data that the system can reference when providing answers, troubleshooting issues, or executing tasks.

The CSV file contains structured information, including categories: questions and corresponding answers, ensuring that the AI Pilot can accurately access and retrieve relevant information as needed.

To add new knowledge base, you can proceed in the following way:
  1. Click the Add new document, to upload the custom knowledge base.

  2. Select the .csv file to be uploaded.

  3. The uploaded files are displayed in the Documents uploaded section.

  4. Click the delete icon to delete any uploaded file.
