The <webexpresslogon> tag indicates whether the Web Express™ Logon function is enabled for this connection.

The attribute of the <webexpresslogon> tag is:

enabled: Specifies whether the Web Express™ Logon function is enabled for this connection. Valid values for enabled are true and false. The initial default is false.
