Controlling access to HCL Workload Automation for Z from APPC

Read the following information if you use any of the HCL Workload Automation for Z user interfaces to access HCL Workload Automation for Z using APPC. The interfaces include:

The HCL Workload Automation for Z API, either from your own transaction program or through the Dynamic Workload Console
The HCL Workload Automation for Z server, from your own PIF programs or ISPF dialogs, or the Dynamic Workload Console for Application Description.

Access to HCL Workload Automation for Z through the API or the server can be controlled in two distinct ways: through security provided by:
