Job-library-read exit (EQQUX002)

The job-library-read exit (EQQUX002) is called when HCL Workload Automation for Z is about to retrieve a batch job that does not exist in the EQQJSnDS data set. The exit is used to create a job stream to be submitted to JES by HCL Workload Automation for Z.
