For HCL Workload Automation for Z jobs

The syntax is:

"application[IA(yymmddhhmm)|IATIME(hhmm)][...]"

            [JOBNAME(jobname)]

            [OPNO(num)]

where:

application: The name of the HCL Workload Automation for Z application (job stream) in the current plan.
IA: The input arrival date and time.
IATIME: The input arrival time.
JOBNAME: The z/OS job name.
OPNO: The operation number (1-255). If included, the application is considered completed when it reaches this operation number.
