How to check if an operation is waiting due to conditions
An operation is in W (Wait) status due to condition when its condition
is in U (Undefined) status.
You can list these operations by filtering on Status=W and Undefined Cond=Y in the SELECTING
OPERATIONS filter panel as displayed in #ifwaitduetocond__disp_cond_3fig.
