IS – Validate input type
This function confirms if the input data belongs to the specified data type. It returns 1 if the answer is affirmative. On the contrary, it returns 0.
IS(<type>,<value>)Where:
<type>- The type of field. Allowed values are:
- DATE
- Date in the format YYMMDD
- IA
- Input arrival in the format YYMMDDHHMM
- LABEL
- Workload Automation Programming Language label
- OBJECT
- Workload Automation Programming Language object name
- TIME
- Input arrival in the format HHMM
- VARNAME
- Workload Automation Programming Language variable name
<value>- The data for whose type you want to determine.
