Managing certificates using Certman
Using Certman tool, you can easily manage the custom certificates in both fresh installation or updgrade procedures.
Certman supports the
following actions:
- Generate new certificates and a Certificate Authority (CA)
- Generate new certificates from an existing Certificate Authority (CA)
- Extract certificates from an existing keystore on a master domain manager
- Verify the validity of certificates
- Import certificates from a master domain manager into the Dynamic Workload Console
You can find Certman at the following path: TWS_INST_DIR/TWS/bin, where TWS_INST_DIR is the HCL Workload Automation installation directory.
To verify the version of Certman you are using, you
can run the following command: certman version.
Running any command of Certman, you can also see where the logs file is located.
