Note: Both arguments are required. The argument value specified
for RESNAME is the name of the special resource for which the In-Use
list or Wait Queue is to be retrieved. Generic characters are not
supported. It is processed as if MATCHTYP EXA was specified; exact
match is required for record selection. The argument MATCHTYP is NOT
supported.
