Upgrading using twsinst

Use twsinst to perform a direct upgrade of HCL Workload Automation Agent by satisfying the following objectives:

Save time, disk space, and RAM when upgrading the product: It saves disk space and RAM because it is not Java-based.
Use a very simple command: It consists of a single line command.
Manage both UNIX™ and Windows™ operating system workstations: It runs both on UNIX™ and Windows™ agents.
