Initial problem analysis

This chapter defines problems that might occur in HCL Workload Automation for Z. The external symptoms of each problem are described to help you or an IBM® representative to classify your problem. After you identify the problem type, turn to Problem analysis procedures to document the problem further and to build a keyword string. You can use a copy of the HCL Workload Automation for Z problem description sheet in Problem description sheet to record all the information related to the problem.
