Basic tuning activities

This chapter describes the system resources and provides some basic tuning for HCL Workload Automation for Z administrators, system programmers, and system engineers to improve the performance of the HCL Workload Automation for Z environment.

In general, if you have a medium to large production workload controlled by HCL Workload Automation for Z, more than 5000 computer operations per day, consider the performance requirements for HCL Workload Automation for Z as you would for any large-systems software application.
