Volt Foundry for version below 9.5.20.0

Effective June 30, 2025, activation for new on-premises installations of Volt Foundry will only be possible for Volt Foundry version v9.5.20 or above, and activations must be completed through the My HCLSoftware (MHS) portal. These updates do not apply to HCLSoftware-hosted Volt MX Cloud deployments.

After upgrading to Volt Foundry version v9.5.20 or above, follow the new Activation instructions available in the Volt MX documentation. Additional details on the change in activation method are available in this FAQ. If you have questions, contact your Customer Success Executive or reach out to HCLSoftware Customer Support.

HCL Volt MX download packages are only available through the My HCLSoftware.

Previous instructions for downloading and activating Volt MX through the HCL License & Download Portal are no longer valid.
