To change component modifiability

Procedure

  1. In the Project Explorer, select the project, and click File > Policies.
  2. In the Components page, in the check box next to the component, do one of the following:
    • Clear the check box to make the component read-only.
    • Select the check box to make the component modifiable.
  3. Click OK.

Results

You see a message confirming that the modifiable component list for the project is updated.
