- Introduction
  MaxAI Workbench is an AI life cycle management platform for applying machine learning to real-world problems. MaxAI Workbench encompasses the complete pipeline from raw data ingestion to a deployable machine learning model with a less-code/no-code approach.
  - MaxAI Workbench Engines
    MaxAI Workbench has a multi-stage pipeline as depicted below in the figure.
  - Accessing MaxAI Workbench
    To access MaxAI Workbench, complete the following steps:
- Model Management
- Model Training
- Model Prediction
  Model prediction predicts the input data based on the pattern of training data.
- Trusted AI
  This feature is available for classification and regression problem types.
- Model Monitoring
  This feature is available for classification and regression problem types.
- Utility
  For Data Generator and BYOM (Bring Your Own Model), select the Utility tab.
- Reference Models
  In version 25.1.0, MaxAI Workbench provides reference models for use with products like Unica Campaign, Unica Journey, HCL CDP, etc.

It includes the following sub-processes:


AutoML	Enable business user-generated ML models with no code approach
MLOPs	Model Versioning, Deployment & Drift Monitoring
MLac	Machine Learning as Code for automatic pipeline code generation
Explainability	Higher accuracy predictions with supported explanations and model confidence

In MaxAI Workbench, all these processes are automated. When you give input data and the use case that needs to be solved, MaxAI Workbench runs through all the stages of data analytics cycle and generates the best deployment model.
