What Is Flowchart 360?

Flowchart 360 is a new 360-degree analytical view introduced in this release. This chapter covers its purpose, attribute groups, and use cases.

Relationship with Campaign 360

Flowchart 360 is a Campaign 360 analytical extension that provides execution-level visibility within campaign flowcharts. It is not a standalone integration endpoint or independent 360 domain. Flowchart-level metrics are surfaced through Campaign 360 and become available to downstream consumers as part of the Campaign 360 analytical model.

Key characteristics:

  • One row per flowchart, with supporting execution-level detail.
  • Linked to the parent campaign via campaign_code.
  • Tracks execution count, audience reach, channel distribution, and engagement metrics.
  • Provides average metrics across multiple executions (avg_click_through_rate, avg_open_rate, etc.).
  • Primary consumers: MaxAI analytics, Campaign 360 supplementary analysis, Flowchart 360 signals reach CDP as part of Campaign 360, not as a standalone feed.

Why Flowchart 360 Exists

Without flowchart-level visibility, organizations face a gap that Campaign 360 alone cannot fill:

  • Campaign 360 shows aggregate campaign metrics but cannot distinguish which flowchart within a campaign drove performance.
  • No visibility into how many times a flowchart was executed or how reach and engagement varied per execution.
  • Inability to compare different execution paths within the same campaign.

Flowchart 360 solves this by providing pre-aggregated flow-level metrics consumable by MaxAI and surfaced to CDP as part of Campaign 360.

How Flowchart 360 Is Used

Typical use cases:

  • Campaign analysis: Compare performance across different flowcharts within the same campaign. Use execution_count and avg_* metrics to understand consistency vs one-off spikes.
  • AI-driven optimization: Flowchart 360 provides campaign execution data to Campaign AI, enabling intelligent campaign design recommendations.
