Known issues

The following known issues are there in the 25.1.1 version of Unica Platform.

Issue ID Description
HMA-398978 Installer is not automatically executing KafkaTopicPrefixConfiguration.xml file.

Workaround:

  1. Navigate to this platform installation path: ../Platform/tools/bin
  2. Run this below command:
    ./configTool.sh -vp -p "Affinium|suite" -f <platform_home>/conf/upgrade25101to2511/KafkaTopicPrefixConfiguration.xml
  3. The attribute in this KafkaTopicPrefixConfiguration.xml is hidden, you need to update the same in Database.
HMA-368396 Silent installation is not installing Platform and Campaign while doing clean installation of 25.1.1 for Interact. Interact and COM are getting installed.
HMA-397721 During a clean installation of Unica Platform with PostgreSQL, the notification_rules.sql scripts fail with errors. This does not impact any functionality.
