Marketing Platform provides a common user interface for HCL Marketing Software products, as well as the infrastructure for the following features.

• Support for reporting in many products in HCL Marketing Software.
• Support for security in HCL applications, including authentication and authorization.
• Configuration management, including setting user locale preferences and an interface for editing configuration properties for some HCL Marketing Software applications.
• A scheduler that enables you to configure a process to run at intervals that you define.
• Dashboard pages that you can configure to include information useful to groups of users who fill various roles within your organization.
• Support and the user interface for alerts and notifications.
• Security audit reports.
