How to upgrade reports
You can upgrade your current version of Unica reports to bring it up-to-date with the latest features.

If you use reports for Unica Deliver and Unica Interact, you must update the lookup tables. Use your database client to run specific upgrade scripts against the system table database.

Updating lookup tables for Unica Deliver and Unica Interact

If you use reports for Unica Deliver and Unica Interact, you must update the lookup tables. Use your database client to run specific upgrade scripts against the system table database.

Procedure

To upgrade Unica Deliver from version 8.6.0.4 or 9.0: In the ReportsPackCampaign\tools directory under your reports pack installation, run the uare_lookup_create_DB_type.sql script.

Where DB_type is the database type appropriate for your installation of Unica Campaign.
For Unica Interact, do the following steps:
1. In the ReportsPackInteract\tools directory under your reports pack installation, locate the uari_lookup_create_DB_type.sql script.
  
  Where DB_type is the database type appropriate for your installation of Unica Campaign.
2. Run the appropriate version of the script against your Unica Interact design time database.
