Fixed defects

The following defects are fixed in Unica Plan version 12.1.11:

HMA-399290	When updating grid data, users used to see the following error: `Grid data could not be loaded.500 The call failed on the server, see server log for details`.
HMA-399246	During scans, sensitive information was being passed in the URL.
HMA-396721	In offer template names, `%20` was appearing instead of a blank space.
HMA-395587	In project search, if some XSS string (Javascript code) was injected in the value of the parameter isDeactiveProject, some vulnerabilities were observed.
